Girl Guides

Girl Guide meetings at the Clubhouse are held every term time week on Thursday at 6.30pm until 8pm. Sessions will be extended until 8.30pm during the longer summer evenings.
In Guides you’ll get out there and do something really different.
You’ll create your own campaigns, learn and share new skills and fly down the occasional zip wire. You’ll explore new places – Guides go on camps, holidays and trips, enjoy exciting events like our star-studded concert the BIG GIG and our music festival, Wellies and Wristbands.
You and the girls in your group will decide together what to do in your meetings. So whether you want to try a new sport, have a go at performing or run a debate – you can.
You’ll follow the Guide programme which includes interest badges – about science, cooking outdoors, films, all sorts – special activity packs and unique awards like the Baden-Powell Challenge Award, which will really help you at school and later in life.

Guides is for all girls aged 10 to 14

You can simply go along to one of the meetings to see what they are up to and join in.
